He thought wrong.  I told management how it's creepy the creep neighbor has a Ring Central on people's bedroom windows and to all our yards, too.  Hahahaha.  I kept thinking what bullshit is this old man going to do today when I'm not at the house.  I didn't see his creepy camera on the neighborhood anymore and saw that he had replaced it with a motion light thing that the light automatically turns on whenever someone is near his driveway.  No more Ring Central on the whole neighborhood.  What a creep!

I came home and saw that management made him take down his Ring Central camera that was on everyone's yards.  He still hasn't moved his car though for the past 4 days he continues to park in a guest handicap spot and told his roommate to take up the other spare parking as well and they never asked our neighbor if he could even use his parking at his house that wasn't for the public.

They can keep leaving their cars there because I'm counting how many days before he moves it after he was told by management as well to move their cars and he still hasn't.  He thinks he can park in the guest handicap just because he has a handicap tag.  That doesn't mean he can leave his car parked there for three weeks and no one else can use the spot.

Never thought I'd have this kind of neighbor.  He's a fucking creep.  67-year-old man with nothing better to do than deeming himself the parking lot manager of the neighborhood.  He blocks all the spare parking so that no one else can park but he's allowed to park wherever he wants and he doesn't even ask the other neighbors if he can park in their driveway when they aren't home.  He just does what he wants.

He also records everyone and what they're doing in their own yards so I did the YMCA dance in his camera and flipped him off letting him know that I know he thinks he can survey our yard.  He's got a camera facing everyone's yards.  I thought people were supposed to have a Ring thing for their own property of what goes on when they aren't home.  Why is he abusing that footage to do that to everyone's yards?!  It's only supposed to be for his own door and his own yard.

The cops had to be called on his ass twice and even as I was making reports about him to the HOA management, the nasty loser had the nerve to go to the management office at the same time as us.  Now, he had all day to go to the office and make up lies about us to them first yet he chose to go at the same exact time as us.  Why didn't he go to the office while we didn't go?!?!

All the management saw I was sitting in the waiting room just petting my dog and not talking to him and he walked right in saying, "Hi, sweetheart, you going to flip me off today?  I don't care."

I ignored him because the loser acts like he tore up our garden because I was dancing in his camera so he "tore" up our garden as "payback" for me mooning him in his camera.  As if.  I also mooned him, too, to say I couldn't care less that he has footage of me doing that.  He didn't have my permission to record me when I was in my own yard and not at his property.

All he does all day is act like he's the king pin mafia boss sitting at his house watching everyone's yards like a creep.

He even looks inside people's bedroom windows and creeps on people saying he can see them watching TV and what time they go to bed.  People had to close their blinds so he doesn't record them at their own house. 

The last straw was when he purposely backed into our fence and ran over our plants and he tore up our garden on the sides of the handicapped parking lot.

We keep telling management he won't stop moving our trash cans whenever he wants, too.  This man is a piece of work.  He gives Trump supporters a bad name.  He's always wearing his Trump hat.

He thinks he's hot shit telling me to go back to China.  I recorded his ass saying that.

I told him, "Keep talking old man. Yep, yep, yep."

Everyone else just doesn't respond to him but I've honestly had enough of him vandalizing our garden and him blocking all of the spare parking so that no one else can park.  He messed with the wrong person.  I told his ass to stop calling my mom a bitch and a cunt and if he's got something to say to someone to talk to me.

I don't care that he's got a handicap tag -- doesn't give him the right to take up all the parking in the neighborhood so that no one else can park and it definitely doesn't give him the right to move our plants and trash cans wherever he wants.  Management saw how bad it got so hopefully they'll finally do something.

It's one nut after another.  I'm over all those losers acting like that.  He's an ex-convict drug dealer, too, who was in jail for attempting to murder someone years ago and previous management let someone like that into our neighborhood that was supposed to be one of the nicer neighborhoods!
